We are raising funds to purchase property and build. The parcel of land is 2.7 acres and is ready for development. There is a paved access road and electricity near by, as well as a small stream running through the property. There are many fruit tress as well as a pond where we could raise fish. The land purchase is $100,000 CDN + legal fees.

       On this property we plan to build short term residences as well as long term residences. We will build a cookhouse and a community center that will accommodate vocational training, language classes and other activities during the week and church on Sundays. We also have plans to build a daycare center and develop an Early Childhood Education Program. We will build accommodations for volunteers on site as well.

       The property is located in Doi Saket approximately 20 minutes drive from the city of Chiang Mai. All relative amenities are close by as well as offering a stunning view of the mountains.
