REQUIREMENTS AND HEALTH INFORMATION
Age Requirement:
Health Requirements (shots for):
- Measles
- Rubella
- Hepatitis A & B
- Tetanus
- Letter from your Doctor stating that you are in good physical health and that you do not carry any infectious or contagious diseases.
Valid Travel Documents:
- Valid Passport with a minimum of 18 months validity
- Maximum stay for Canadians and Americans on a Tourist Visa is 90 days. You will be required to exit the country every 30 days and obtain a new 30 day visa. There is no charge for this type of visa and it is issued upon your arrival to Thailand. It is always best to check with your local Embassy or Consulate regarding visa requirements.
NOTE: If you are coming to HFTN Thailand via another organization, please be advised that their requirements may differ from ours. To volunteer with HFTN Thailand, you must fulfill our requirements completely as seen on the STEP BY STEP LIST.
